子宮頸部囊胞性病変の治療と管理

●LEGHとMDAは組織形態，胃型粘液産生能，HPV非依存性などの共通点があるうえにしばしば合併することから，LEGHはMDAや粘液性癌の前癌病変である可能性がある．

●LEGHやMDAを含む胃型腺癌の胃型粘液の検出には，HIK1083ラテックス凝集反応キットが有用な可能性がある．

●経腟超音波やMRIによる形態的な特徴と増大傾向の有無を評価すること，および細胞診異常の有無が胃型腺癌，MDAの発見に重要と考える．
