●初回治療は子宮全摘出術，両側付属器摘出術，骨盤・傍大動脈リンパ節郭清が基本となる．

●術後補助療法は，再発リスクを低・中・高に分類して考慮し，中・高リスク群に対してはAP療法もしくはTC療法が選択される．
