●異所性妊娠は診断技術の向上などにより，破裂前に発見できる症例が増えているが，本邦では年間に異所性妊娠による妊産婦死亡が数例あることを肝に銘じ，限りなく0にするよう努めるべきであろう．

●異所性妊娠の発生にはさまざまなリスク因子や病因が挙げられてきたが，必ずしも原因が解明されているわけではなく，半数以上はリスク因子が認められない．
