●さまざまな避妊法のなかでも，確実で簡便であり，女性の意思だけで実施可能である，経口避妊薬と子宮内器具が推奨される．

●OC内服により静脈血栓症リスクが高くなること，特に肥満，喫煙，高血圧，高齢女性へのOCはそのリスクを上げることに留意する．

●緊急避妊法の第一選択はレボノルゲストレル緊急避妊ピルであるが，今後も継続的な避妊を希望する経産婦の場合は，Cu-IUDもよい避妊法である．
