●早発卵巣不全患者に対するホルモン補充療法は，更年期障害の患者に使用される量の倍量を使用する．

●早発卵巣不全患者に対する不妊治療として卵胞活性化療法（in vitro activation : IVA）は有効であるが，今後は児童相談所との連携による里親制度も1つの選択肢となりうる．

●早発卵巣不全患者がもっている不安への精神的な，社会的なサポートが重要である．
