●抗がん剤治療を継続するためには，減量や延期などの調整が必要となる．

●治癒目的の治療であるか，緩和/延命目的の治療であるかによって，調整の基準が異なる．

●治療レジメンの根拠となる臨床試験を意識することが大切である．
