卵巣胚細胞腫瘍に対する化学療法と注意点

●胚細胞腫瘍は総じて進展が早いため，治療自体の開始だけでなく化学療法についても術後可及的速やかに開始するように努める．

●化学療法の第一選択はBEP療法であり，投与量・投与スケジュール・薬剤の種類を厳守して施行する．

●二次化学療法以降については，卵巣よりも症例数の多い精巣悪性胚細胞腫瘍に対する治療を主に参考にして治療方針の決定を行う．
