文献概要

●遺伝性乳がん卵巣がん（HBOC）は，乳がんの約5％，卵巣がんの約10〜15％を占め，決して珍しい疾患ではない．

●適切な拾い上げ〜カウンセリング〜BRCA検査によりHBOCを診断することは，HBOC患者・家系員に対するサーベイランスや予防手術の提供を可能とする．

●HBOC卵巣がんは進行期の高異型度漿液性癌が多いが，プラチナ感受性が高く予後が良い傾向にあり，PARP阻害薬の効果が期待できる．

●PARP阻害薬の使用も視野に入れ，HBOCに対するカウンセリングやBRCA検査を行える体制，もしくは検査可能な近隣施設との連携体制を整える必要がある．
