●ゲノムに施されたゲノム以外の情報であるエピゲノムならびに環境因子によるエピゲノムの変容がDOHaD学説の具体的なメカニズムとして注目されている.
●エピゲノムの変容として,DNAのメチル化,クロマチンのリモデリング,non-coding RNA,エピジェネティックな不均等性(asymmetry)などが知られている.
