帝王切開時の区域麻酔の手技と留意点

●区域麻酔では手術と同等の清潔操作を心がける必要があるが，消毒液自体に神経毒性があるので，誤注入しないよう最大限の注意を払う．

●脊髄クモ膜下麻酔も硬膜外麻酔も穿刺針を進める際に，貫いている組織の抵抗を指先に感じるよう努めることで，熟練した手技を身につけることができる．

●脊髄クモ膜下麻酔では高率に母体低血圧をきたすため，輸液負荷や子宮左方転位など十分な低血圧対策を行わないと胎児アシドーシスとなりうる．
