●LRHは本邦で先進医療制度のもと,多くの施設で導入されつつある.
●本邦の優れた術者が築いてきた開腹の治療成績に劣らない術式にするためには,普遍的な手術手技の改良,多数例での手術成績の解析および合併症を含めた臨床情報の共有が不可欠で,それに基づく保険収載が今後の課題である.
