◉confined placental mosaicism（CPM）とは

　CPMとは，胎児は正常核型であるにもかかわらず，胎盤組織に限局して染色体異常が認められる状態であり，絨毛染色体検査（chorionic villus sampling test : CVS）例の約1〜2％に認められる^1）．
