症例1

患者　33歳，1経妊0経産．

既往歴　特記すべきことなし．

家族歴　特記すべきことなし．

現病歴　自然妊娠成立後，近医にて妊婦健診を受けていた．妊娠32週時の胎児スクリーニングにて顔面の描出が困難であり，精査目的に当院へ紹介受診となった．当院における超音波検査では胎児発育は良好であったが，顔面の冠状断面像は図1に示すとおりであった．

症例2

患者　27歳，1経妊0経産．

既往歴　特記すべきことなし．

家族歴　特記すべきことなし．

現病歴　自然妊娠成立後，近医にて妊婦健診を受けていた．妊娠31週時に羊水過多を指摘され，精査目的に当院へ紹介受診となった．当院における超音波検査では，羊水ポケットは100mm，B-modeでは下顎の描出が困難であり，3D/4Dエコー像は図2^1）に示すとおりであった．なお，胎児発育は良好であった．
