症例

患者　母体34歳，妊娠21週，1経妊1経産（正常分娩）．

既往歴　特記すべきことなし．ドライアイ・ドライマウスの自覚症状を認めた既往あり（精査なし）．

家族歴　特記すべきことなし．

現病歴　自然妊娠．初期は近医産院で健診．

妊娠15週時には胎児不整脈を認めず．

妊娠20週4日に心拡大，胎児心拍64/分の胎児徐脈を認めたため当院紹介．胎児水腫なし．
