患者　31歳，女性，未経妊．

既往歴・家族歴　特記すべきことなし．

現病歴　妊娠23週に妊婦健診で胎児左胸腔内に囊胞性病変を認めたため紹介となった（図1）．推定児体重693g（−0.09SD），最大羊水深度6.4cm，他臓器に異常は認めない．
