症例

患者　39歳，2経妊1経産，前回分娩停止にて帝王切開術施行．

既往歴　子宮筋腫に対し子宮筋腫核出術を施行している．

現病歴　今回体外受精にて妊娠成立，前医にて妊婦健診を施行していた．妊娠20週時に性器出血を認め入院となった．妊娠31週時のMRI画像を提示する（図1）．

Q　本症例は前置癒着胎盤と判断してよいか？
