子宮内膜の再生─子宮内膜不全への対応

●子宮内膜不全とは,子宮内膜の機能不全により不妊や不育をもたらす病態の総称と言い換えられるが,エビデンスレベルの高い治療法が存在しないのが現状である.

●ごく最近,子宮内膜不全に対して幹細胞を使用した再生医療の有効性が報告されたが,症例数を増やしエビデンスレベルを高める必要がある.

●これまで治療困難であった子宮内膜不全に対して,幹細胞を用いた再生医療はブレイクスルーとなりうる有望な治療法と考えられる.
