性暴力被害が疑われる症例への対応

●性暴力被害者は，医療機関を受診しても被害を訴えないことが多いことから，望まない妊娠や未成年者の妊娠や性感染症の場合には，性暴力被害の可能性も検討する．

●性暴力被害のメンタルヘルスでは，PTSDやうつ病だけでなく，自殺行動やアルコール・薬物関連問題などの深刻な問題の存在にも留意する必要がある．

●性暴力被害者のケアには，医療機関だけでなく，警察や行政，ワンストップ支援センターなどさまざまな支援機関と連携することが重要である．
