生化学的妊娠と不育症─不育の定義との関連

●「画像で確認できない妊娠のロス」や「部位不明の妊娠（PUL）」には「生化学的妊娠」と一部の「臨床的流産」や「子宮外妊娠」が含まれる．

●不育症における流産について，米国生殖医学会（ASRM）は「臨床的流産」のみとしているが，欧州生殖医学会（ESHRE）は「生化学的妊娠」も含むべきとしている．

●生殖補助医療実施例では生化学的妊娠と診断される率は高く，着床前スクリーニング（PGS）により生化学的妊娠が減少するかを検討する必要がある．
