●不育症における子宮内膜異常の病的意義や治療意義については,限られた疾患以外は不明な点が多く,いまだ研究途上の分野である.

●不育症における黄体機能不全の病的意義や(特に原因不明不育症に対する)黄体補充療法の有効性を支持する報告もあるが,推奨レベルでのエビデンスはない.

●総合的・系統的な不育症の原因検索を行ったうえで,子宮内膜異常や黄体機能不全の原因としての重み付けを行い,それに基づいた個別的な対応が求められる.
