胎児超音波からみた母子感染症

●母子感染が成立している症例でも超音波検査で所見を認めない症例は多くあり,超音波検査ですべての母子感染を見つけられるわけではないことを認識する必要がある.

●しかし母子感染には不顕性感染も多く,超音波検査所見を契機に母子感染が見つかることもあり,超音波検査の重要性は決して低くない.

●母子感染症例で認められる超音波所見は各病原体ごとで共通する所見が多く特異性は低いが,なかでも特徴的な所見は理解しておく必要がある.
