トキソプラズマ

文献概要

●加熱不十分な肉や非飲用水の摂取，土の付いた野菜や果物の摂取，猫の排泄物との接触，土いじり，砂場遊び，海外旅行（中南米・中欧・アフリカ・中東・東南アジア・豪州）が感染リスクとなる．

●本邦では，過半数の産科施設で妊娠初期検査の一環で抗トキソプラズマIgG抗体またはIgM抗体の測定による妊婦スクリーニングが行われている．

●抗トキソプラズマIgM陽性でも，抗トキソプラズマIgG陰性が続けば初感染ではない．IgG陰性妊婦にはトキソプラズマ感染の予防啓発を行う．

●最近の感染かどうかを推定するため抗トキソプラズマIgG avidity検査が行われるが，標準化された検査方法でないため結果の解釈には注意が必要である．
