●ウレアプラズマ単独では,早産を予測する危険因子として不十分である.他の微生物との共感染,母体の免疫反応や遺伝的背景などを含めて検討する必要がある.

●病原性因子を特定し,病原性の高いウレアプラズマの検出法の開発を進める必要がある.

●LAMP法によるウレアプラズマの検出法は,臨床応用を進めていく予定である.特に,通常ウレアプラズマは存在しない新生児領域での応用が期待される.
