はじめに

　近年，妊娠・出産する女性の年齢上昇に伴って，パートナーとなる男性の年齢も高まっている．胎児異常のなかには，「父親の加齢（advanced paternal age : APA）」によって発症リスクが高まる疾患がある．本稿では，APAとの関連が知られている胎児異常について，出生前遺伝学的検査の選択肢とともに概説する．
