文献概要

●ART児および不妊治療群で先天異常のリスクが増加していることから，ARTとともに不妊症であることがリスク増加に関与している可能性が高い．

●ARTによる長期的な影響に関し結論づけることは現時点では困難である．

●ICSI児と自然妊娠児を比較し，精子濃度，総精子数，総運動精子数に有意な差を認めたとする報告がある．
