文献概要

●皮膚科領域における老化は，見た目で表現され，皮膚・容貌・体型がその対象領域となる．内的老化と外的老化に分かれるが，老化への対処の基本は，内的老化をどのようにコントロールするかというアンチエイジングの考えを取り入れ，運動・食事・精神（睡眠・脳）・環境に対応する必要がある．そのうえで，外部環境としての紫外線，大気汚染（喫煙・PM2.5など）に対処する必要がある．
