黄体ホルモンの種類とその特徴

文献概要

●ホルモン補充療法における黄体ホルモン投与の目的は，全身的なエストロゲン投与による子宮内膜がんや子宮内膜増殖症のリスクを増加させないことにある．

●黄体ホルモン投与中は浮腫，不安や抑うつなどが起こりやすく，エストロゲン単独に比べ乳がんや静脈血栓塞栓症の発症率が高くなる．

●子宮を有する女性には黄体ホルモン併用を原則とするが，乳がん発症を抑えるため近年ジドロゲステロンの使用が増加している．
