Q. 早産予防における黄体ホルモン療法の現状と展望は？

〈Answer〉

黄体ホルモンは早産ハイリスクに対する予防的治療薬で，妊娠16週以降，既往早産妊婦には17-OHPC筋注（250mg/週），頸管短縮例（≦25mm）には天然型プロゲステロン腟錠（連日200mg）投与が効果的と考えられています．国内での使用には，保険未収載などの問題がありますが，現在，臨床試験が進行しており，今後，広く用いられていくことで早産率の減少が期待されています．
