検査のポイント
❖卵巣予備能とは卵巣における卵の量と質を反映し,女性の生殖機能を規定する要因の1つである.卵巣予備能の評価法はovarian reserve test(ORT)と呼ばれる.
❖ORTのうち抗ミュラー管ホルモン(AMH),胞状卵胞数(AFC)は,卵巣の反応性予測における有用性が高い.妊娠・生産の予測因子として満足できるORTはいまだ確立されていない.
❖AMHは,抗がん剤治療やチョコレート囊胞手術の卵巣予備能への影響評価,多囊胞性卵巣症候群の補助診断などにも有用であることが報告されている.
