外来管理のポイント
❖均衡型構造異常は，保因者自体の表現型には異常をきたさないものの，減数分裂で不均衡型配偶子を生成するため，流産（習慣流産），不均衡児出産といった生殖異常をきたす染色体異常である．
❖習慣流産症例に対する夫婦染色体検査では，遺伝学的検査として検査前の遺伝カウンセリングが重要であり，異常が検出された際は保因者の特定も含めて細心の配慮が必要となる．
❖均衡型構造異常保因者に対しては，検出された構造異常による生殖への影響について必要な情報提供を行い，着床前診断の可能性と自然妊娠予後に関して十分なカウンセリングが必要である．
