●がん・生殖医療（oncofertility）では原疾患の治療を優先しながら，妊孕性温存のみならず長期的な母児のリスクを検討する必要がある．

●化学療法や放射線療法は催奇形性，胎児毒性，早産，胎児発育不全などのリスクがあるが，エビデンスの確立が難しく，適切な情報に基づいた評価や自己決定の支援が難しい．

●がん医療，生殖医療，周産期医療，小児医療などに携わる多診療科の多職種による大規模かつ長期的なエビデンスの集積や，連携と協働による児と家族の包括的かつ長期的な支援が必要である．
