ランダムスタート法による卵巣刺激

●卵胞期後期や黄体期から卵巣刺激を開始する方法をランダムスタート法と呼び，従来法と比較しても同等数の成熟卵や胚盤胞を得ることができる．

●ランダムスタート法はがん治療を早急に開始しなければならない，若年がん女性に対する妊孕性温存のための卵巣刺激に有用である．

●従来法である卵胞期初期からの刺激による採卵だけでなく，黄体期からの採卵も行う2回採卵（Duostim）法は卵巣予備能力が低下している女性への卵巣刺激法として考慮してよいかもしれない．
