●乳がんなどのホルモン依存性がんの患者に対して卵巣刺激を実施する場合には,レトロゾールを併用して血中エストラジオール高値を避ける.
●卵巣刺激が乳がんの予後に影響を与えるというエビデンスは得られていない.
●排卵誘発でのレトロゾール使用は適応外使用である.
