●妊娠高血圧症候群のなかでも妊娠高血圧腎症の発症は母児にとって予後不良となる．

●妊娠高血圧腎症ハイリスク妊婦に対する具体的な低用量アスピリン投与法・適応についてはいまだに確立されていない．

●ASPREにより早産期の妊娠高血圧腎症の発症率低下にアスピリン内服の有効性が確認された．
