総論
文献概要
●18F-FDGの特徴をよく理解し,子宮・卵巣を含めた生理的集積の存在と,月経周期による影響を考慮する必要がある.
●特に卵巣がんや子宮肉腫の良悪性の鑑別における有用性はまだ証明されていないため,臨床所見や腫瘍マーカー,他の画像検査も含めた総合的な解釈が必要である.
●再発病変の検出や,リンパ節・遠隔転移の検出における有効性は示されているものの,実施可能施設の制約や費用対効果なども考慮する必要がある.
