慢性便秘の診断と治療

文献概要

●2017年10月に国内初の慢性便秘症診療ガイドラインが発刊されたことや新規治療薬が続々と登場していることより，便秘診療は大きく変わりつつある．

●便秘の病態はさまざまであり，目の前の患者がどのタイプの便秘であるかを診断し治療を進める点が重要である．

●高齢者の便秘では，加齢による機能性の排便障害などに加え，併存疾患による症候性や薬剤による影響など複数の要因が存在することに注意する必要がある．また投薬による副作用にも留意すべきである．
