受精の異常

●異常受精は無前核，一前核，三前核，四前核以上に分類されるが，無前核とそれ以外の異常受精でそれぞれの発生機序は異なる．

●不受精の場合，卵子の活性化が主な原因と考えられる．

●異常受精と思われた一前核，三前核の取扱いとしては，胚盤胞まで培養し，将来的には次世代シークエンスによる着床前診断や遺伝子診断が必要になるだろう．
