●出産に至る胚の雌雄前核消失直前の雌性前核と雄性前核の大きさはほぼ同じである．

●reverse cleavageと呼ばれている分裂の後戻り現象には，2つの異なったパターンがある．

●滑面小胞体凝集塊（sERC）を有する卵由来胚は，初期胚発生過程において，第二極体放出失敗および細胞分裂失敗が起こる頻度が高い．
