●日本における生殖補助医療により出生した児の約8割は凍結胚によるものである．

●凍結胚移植など採卵周期と胚移植周期が異なる場合，移植日に移植した胚の日齢を加味して分娩予定日を決定する．

●凍結胚にて妊娠した場合，自然妊娠と比較して出生児体重が大きくなることが多く，癒着胎盤や妊娠高血圧症候群を発症するリスクが高くなる．
