緊急避妊

当直医へのコール
◉緊急避妊は，性交の後で行う避妊処置である．来院した女性が本人であり，かつ性交後であること，および性交から72時間以内であることを確認する．性交前に避妊手段を求めて来院した患者には，他の避妊法の実施を指導する．
◉現在の日本で緊急避妊に使用される薬剤は「ノルレボ^®錠1.5mg」のみである．ノルレボ^®錠1.5mgが自施設に採用されていて在庫があるか否か確認し，在庫がなければ，患者に他施設の受診を促す．
