Case

　併存疾患のない40歳台の卵巣がんstage Ⅳ期の患者．ドセタキセル・カルボプラチン（DC）療法中．施行中のレジメンによる発熱性好中球減少症（FN）発症リスクは頻度11％と中等度であるが，患者側のリスクは低いと見積もり，抗菌薬予防内服やG-CSF投与は行わず治療を開始した．
