妊婦に腫瘍性疾患を見つけたらどう対応するか

●妊娠中に見つかった腫瘍性疾患を管理する場合に最も重要なことは，“その疾患自体が妊娠に及ぼす影響”と，“妊娠がその疾患に及ぼす影響”を理解して対応することである．

●妊娠中のCTについては，確定的影響と確率的影響を考慮して行う必要がある．

●妊娠中のMRIについて，単純MRIは全妊娠期間において安全性が証明されつつあるが，ガドリニウムによる造影MRIは注意が必要である．

●妊娠中に見つかった子宮頸管ポリープを切除するかどうかは議論の分かれるところであるが，妊娠中に見つかったコンジローマは治療しておくことがよいだろう．
