妊婦の成熟囊胞奇形腫の管理

●妊婦の成熟囊胞奇形腫の管理は，非妊婦と大きくは変わらない．

●妊娠10週までに，付属器摘出や黄体摘出を行った場合は，プロゲステロンの補充療法を行う．

●茎捻転の頻度は，非妊婦と比較して増加する．
