●1絨毛膜2羊膜双胎において，吻合血管に起因する特徴的な病態（双胎間輸血症候群，一児発育不全，一児死亡による急性胎児間輸血，双胎貧血多血症など）を理解する．

●両児間のアンバランスに注目し管理する．特に①羊水量の不均衡，②発育の不均衡，③ヘモグロビン濃度の不均衡などの症状に注目することが大切である．

●双胎間輸血症候群に対する胎児鏡下胎盤吻合血管レーザー凝固術など，病態によっては胎児期の治療が可能で予後が改善する疾患が存在する．
