双胎間羊水不均衡（TAFD）

●二児の羊水量に不均衡を認める場合，TTTSに進行する可能性があり慎重な経過観察が必要である．

●二児の羊水量の不均衡が持続し，一児の臍帯動脈拡張期血流異常を伴う場合は予後が不良であり，慎重な管理が必要である．
