MM双胎の管理

●妊娠初期には，経腟超音波検査により両児間の隔壁の有無と両児の動きを観察することで，MM双胎さらには結合双胎の有無が診断可能である．

●妊娠中には，臍帯相互巻絡による臍帯血流障害を早期に発見し，胎児死亡を予防する目的で，3rd trimesterから管理入院とすることが望ましい．

●分娩時期について一定の見解はないが，一般には妊娠32〜34週の帝王切開分娩が選択される．
