自己注射が可能なrec hCGで何が変わるか？

●原材料を尿に依存しないrec hCGは，投与局所への侵襲が少なく，プレフィルドシリンジ製剤のため自己投与は安全で容易である．

●オビドレル^®250μg注は，maturation triggerとしてhCG 5,000注およびGnRH-a 600μg点鼻投与とほぼ同様の薬効を期待できる．

●未熟卵率が高い，あるいは予想よりも採卵個数が少ない，などの治療歴があり，かつOHSSのリスクが小さい症例には，オビドレル^®500μg皮下投与を選択する．
