完全自然周期法・CC単独法

●完全自然周期法と低刺激周期であるクロミフェンクエン酸（clomiphene citrate : CC）法は，内因性のホルモンを有効に利用した卵巣刺激法であり，排卵誘発薬の使用を最少量に抑えることができる．

●高い卵巣予備能をもつ若年者では，過剰な卵巣刺激をしなくても卵胞発育が十分期待できるため，われわれは完全自然周期法とCC単独法こそが第一選択と考える．

●卵巣予備能低下者では排卵誘発薬を大量投与しても得られる卵子は少数であり，負担の軽い卵巣刺激が望ましい，特に卵巣予備能低下に伴い血清FSH（follicle stimulating hormone）が過度に上昇している場合，完全自然周期法も選択され得る．
