更年期と漢方薬

●産婦人科医の日常診療において，「更年期障害」は漢方薬の使用率が最も高い病名の1つである．

●更年期障害に対する漢方治療の中心となるのは，「婦人科三大処方」と呼ばれる当帰芍薬散・加味逍遥散・桂枝茯苓丸である．

●当帰芍薬散は頭痛に，加味逍遥散は不眠に，桂枝茯苓丸は高血圧に，それぞれ有効であると考えらえる．
