月経前症候群症状日誌Daily Record of Severity of Problems（DRSP）に対する言語性妥当性を検証した日本語版作成

　月経前症候群や月経前不快気分障害は月経前の不快な精神身体症状を特徴とし，女性のQOLを著しく損なう．正確な診断のためには前向き記述の連日症状評価が必要とされ，世界的にはDaily Record of Severity of Problems（DRSP）が汎用されている．言語的妥当性を担保した翻訳版質問票作成の標準的手法により，日本語版DRSPを作成したので報告する．
